A mailing will be sent to every registered Democrat in Kansas on March 9,
2020 explaining how to cast a ballot by absentee/advance ballot and
in-person voting.

Each Voting Center will process same-day registration and changes in party
affiliation.

Voter Workplace Protection

Paid time off required: as much time as will add up to 3 hours, when combined with non-work time, Not required if employee has three consecutive non-work hours available while polls are open. Needs written notice before election.

Vote Early in Kansas! Kansans can vote in-person before election day! If you'll be out of town on May 2 or simply find it more convenient, vote early!

Early voting in Kansas begins March 9 and ends on April 24.

You have to be eligible to be a PLEO delegate. PLEOs are eligible according to the following priority: big city mayors and state-wide elected officials (to be given equal consideration); state legislative leaders, state legislators, and other state, county and local elected officials and party leaders. Help Bernie by encouraging qualified Bernie supporting people to file to become PLEO delegates.

3 Standing Committee members (1each on the Credentials, Platform and Rules committees) and the Delegation Chair are elected by a quorum of Kansas’s National Convention Delegates on June 13, 2020. You don’t have to be a delegate or alternate to be elected.
