One session each will be held on the islands of St. Thomas and St. John for members of
the Democratic Party of the Virgin Islands residing in the election district of St. Thomas/St. John,
and one session will be held on the island of St. Croix for members of the Democratic Party of the Virgin Islands residing in the election district of St. Croix.
